Radiotelevizioni i Kosovës (RTK) është shërbim publik transmetues, që ofron shërbimet e veta në fushën e transmetimit radioteleviziv dhe veprimtari të tjera, sipas Ligjit për RTK-në, i miratuar nga Kuvendi i Kosovës, më 20 janar 2006 dhe i ratifikuar nga PSSP më 11 prill 2006.

A public service broadcaster RTK is Kosovo’s public service broadcaster. It consists of the television service, broadcast on the terrestrial transmitter network and digital satellite, and two Radio stations, ‘Radio Kosova’ and ‘Radio Blue Sky’.RTK is editorially independent. It has no editorial opinions of its own and is impartial and unbiased. It is committed to fair, balanced and accurate news and information and to serving all the communities of Kosovo. RTK operates under UNMIK Regulation 2001/13 as a self-managing organization led by a Director General who is answerable to a non-political Board of Directors.
